We keep shipping simple: fast dispatch, honest timelines, and updates on WhatsApp so you always know where your order is.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days) of order confirmation
  • Metro cities: delivery typically in 3–5 business days from dispatch
  • Rest of India: delivery typically in 5–8 business days from dispatch
  • Timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary during sales, festivals, or weather disruptions — if there's a delay, we'll tell you, not hide it

We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay (prepaid orders even less, with your 10% discount).

Payment Options

Prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets): Enjoy 10% off on all prepaid orders — applied automatically at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹1,500
  • A small advance of ₹149 is collected online when you place a COD order; the balance is paid in cash on delivery
  • The ₹149 advance confirms your order and is fully adjusted against your total — if we can't deliver your order for any reason on our side, it is refunded in full
  • If a verified defective COD order can't be replaced, your advance is refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you'll receive the tracking link on WhatsApp and email
  • You can also track anytime from the Track Order page on our website

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Need to change your delivery address? Message us on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched and we'll update it
  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times and will call the phone number on the order — please keep it reachable
  • If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed (wrong address, unreachable phone, refused delivery), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping; re-shipping charges may apply

Packaging

Every order ships in our sturdy Dori & Dye mailer, checked and packed with care by our small team in Chennai.
